Our Approach
Guarden is a boutique advisory firm based in Toronto. We provide strategic and managerial assistance to small and medium sized enterprises. Our approach is a long term partnership that includes financial capital, CFO support and assistance with strategic direction. In a typical mandate we become part of the senior management team, which can include board membership. Guarden partners have many years of experience in operations, private equity partnerships and company sale transactions. At present, we have investments in Canada, the U.S. and Barbados.
